{"id":102,"date":"2010-11-18T11:57:09","date_gmt":"2010-11-18T16:57:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pcoassociates.wordpress.com\/?p=102"},"modified":"2013-03-14T18:47:04","modified_gmt":"2013-03-14T22:47:04","slug":"back-to-basics","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pcoassociates.com\/blog\/back-to-basics","title":{"rendered":"Back to Basics"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I was thinking about my business partners this morning and what they do when not coaching business executives, implementing successful and sustainable change, and improving company communications by getting people on the same page.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>You see, my partners live out in Blackfoot Idaho, where Lee owns a small ranch with a few head of cattle.\u00a0 He has some friends who own very large ranches.\u00a0 Last week Lee and Nick were out with the other ranchers driving cattle on horseback, cutting out cows and calves to wean the calves, and moving them to different pastures.\u00a0 As a perk, they got to see some incredible sunsets and a lot of big sky country.\u00a0 When you think about getting back to basics, life can\u2019t get much more basic than tending herd from on top of a horse.<\/p>\n<p>Has herding cattle changed over the last three hundred years?\u00a0 The process;
